Jen Ferruggia Review: My Opinion On The Bikini Body Workouts
Hey there! My name is Barbara G and I’m a single mother of two kids – something I consider my full time job.
I had a bit of a rough patch a while back as their father decided he wanted to have a fling with a younger, thinner model of me. I caught him in the act and there went our eight year relationship.
I’m not going to go into too many details online, but the whole ordeal left me in a very depressed state. I was constantly binge eating, and barely able to keep it together. Everytime I would think about the whole thing, it would be a struggle to not break down in tears.
As I sank further into depression, I began to pack on a lot of weight. Soon my physical state began to reflect my mental state – I was unhealthy in all the ways I could be.
Finally, I realized I needed to pull it together, and turned to Google to try and find a good workout. My search lead me to Jen Ferruggia Workout, so I figured I would share my experiences here.

So, that’s the end of that sob story. On to what we’re here for – I’m going to discuss my thoughts and opinions on the Bikini Body Workouts from Jen Ferruggia. I’ve been following her program for just over 12 weeks.
Is the program worth it?
I spoke before about how I bought the Bodyboss Method which cost about $50 and ended up being up not worth it, so when I found out about Jens workouts, I was a little cautious. Still, there was an immediate pro – Ferruggia’s program was only $29.95.
So far as so good, but I was looking for something more than just a simple pdf and a few images of exercises. Could the program deliver?
Looking into who Jen Ferruggia is, I found out that she is well known in the fitness world. She’s a health coach, a fitness model, and an athlete who specializes in helping women achieve their “ideal bikini body”.
Of course she’s going to make herself sound as good as possible, but when I checked her Bikini Body Workouts home page, I was glad to see other reviews and testimonials the women she’s helped had left. Besides them helping the program look more credible, the stories they shared were pretty inspiring and motivating.
One thing that I look for in my workouts is something will help keep me motivated to stick with the program to the end. Besides that, I want something that I can follow to the letter and see good results. Something comprehensive.Maybe I had found it…
I decided to buy the workout after looking at the before and after results on her site, but I was skeptical still. Anything could have been faked or photoshopped. But I have to admit –
I was pretty surprised with how fast I saw results. I began to notice a visible difference within the first week, reflected on my body and the scale.
I attribute this mostly to Jen Ferruggia’s knowledge – I got just a few pages into the PDF before I realized that she really knew what she was talking about. I even got a little excited reading and jumped into checking out her workout videos, which were extremely easy to follow. I decided to start my workout right there.
What’s In The Bikini Body Workouts?
1. Bikini Body Workout Guide (Gym) – This program is for women who want to follow the workout at the gym. Very comprehensive, and easy to follow.
2. Bikini Body Workout Guide (Home) – This program is for women who want to do the workouts at home with minimal gym equipment. This is the one I followed, since I was too busy to constantly make time to drive to the gym, and I liked being able to do easy access workouts.
3. 21 Day Booty Blast Guide – I really think this program helped me lose some flab from my thighs and butt, while firming up my rear. Highly recommend
4. Bikini Body Nutrition Guide – This is an easily understandable meal plan with different options and information about popular and proven fat burning foods. All about speeding up your metabolism – and I’m happy to say the food mentioned is actually pretty tasty!
5. Workout Videos – This is another feature that really separated Jen’s guides from the rest of the pack. Besides the PDF, she included instructional videos which made it even easier to follow along her guide as well as making sure you are doing the exercises properly and safely.
6. Bikini Body Grocery Lists & Supplement Guide – Thank goodness for this! One thing that I think is irritating is when I have to look into my own recipes for good foods to eat.

Should I Buy The Bikini Body Workouts?
Some of you might still be on the fence about Jen’s program. Rather than try and convince you, I’m just going to share a saying from Jen’s website. “99 Problems But a Beach Ain’t One”.
Essentially, any woman who wants to get in shape should give this program a shot. Especially if you’re a beginner to workouts, or want something convenient that can be done at home or while you’re not busy.
Things I Didn’t Like About The Bikini Body Workouts
Now for the cons of the program…To be honest, there aren’t too many. For $30 the Bikini Body Workouts are pretty cheap, and you get a LOT of value for your money, which is one of the main things I look for. Most workouts are more expensive and less comprehensive.That said, I feel like some people will see the eBooks as a downside for sure. You pretty much have to print them out if you want a physical copy vs. something on your iphone or kindle, and that costs ink, paper, and a little time. I just use my phone and tablet, but not everyone wants to do that.
Another thing that people might have issue with is the amount of information Jen gives you. Like I said earlier, it’s all very well written, but some beginners might have issues shifting through all of it. If you’re like me, there’s often an urge to finish reading all you can about something before you finally take action.
That said, most of the knowledge is solid, and she breaks things down in step-by-step form so it’s a breeze when you finally do jump into it.
You should honestly just check her website @ www.bikinibodyworkouts.com and see if you like her general style.
Concluding my Jen Ferruggia Review
Overall, my thoughts about Jen and her workouts are incredibly positive. It only took me two different programs to find a workout that I love doing, and I’ve seen some fantastic results.If you’re still on the fence, all I can say is that it’s worth an honest try. Once I got started, I was surprised at how quickly I began to see results.
Mornings became easier. I no longer woke up feeling exhausted, nor did I have to deal with brain fog throughout the day. I had more energy to play with my lovely kids, and even got them to eat some of Jen’s diet.
My advice is to just do it! I can’t express how much I wish I had found out about the program sooner.
UPDATE – My Before and Results!!
It’s been a few months. Do you guys want to see the transformation?!>I’ve been following Jen Ferruggia’s program for half a year and I’m down 50 pounds. No loose skin, stretch marks fading more and more every day. The best thing about it is that I had steady progress the entire time, and never slowed down or get demotivated as I did with Body Boss. I can’t recommend Jen’s Program enough!
And my success story is now just one of many, as there are plenty of other before and after pics on Jen’s website.
