Diets are a tricky subject to tackle. Everyone has different weight loss needs, different weight loss goals, and different weight loss methods. Some diets are going to work for you, and some that work for you won’t work for others. We at LiterateOwl are doing our best to go over some of the more popular weight loss diets and guides out there to hopefully help you narrow your choice.

But ultimately, it’s going to be up to you. We refuse to host any “miracle cure” programs on our website, which means that you have to make a smart decision about which meal plan you think will be right for you, and actually give it a shot. You have to commit, at least for a month or two, and give it a chance to see if there really will work for you or not.
